The REFORMA 3.3 Advisory Board brings together reform architects, regulators, academics, and practitioners from Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, and the Netherlands. They continuously review the content and quality of the reform proposals.

Former Minister of Finance of Slovakia
One of the principal architects of Slovakia's economic transformation. Flat tax reform, OECD accession, and the groundwork for euro adoption in 2009. Named Best Minister of Finance of the Year by Euromoney (2004). Co-founder and President of the MESA10 think tank. Chief Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister of Ukraine (2016–2019) and Advisor to the President of the Slovak Republic on economic policy (2022–2024).
Professor of Healthcare and Public Health
Professor of healthcare and public health at Leiden University Medical Center (Netherlands), Gdansk Medical University (Poland), and Tsinghua University (China). An internationally recognised authority on digital and data-driven solutions that improve patient care, population health, and health systems. He advises numerous governments, the World Health Organization (WHO), the European Commission, and industry.

Economist specialising in economic transformation and fiscal policy in the Visegrád region. President of the Civil Development Forum (FOR) — a leading Polish free-market think tank founded by Leszek Balcerowicz. Laureate of the International Vernon Smith Prize.
Founder & Lecturer, Advance Institute
Founder and lecturer at Advance Institute in Prague. Her work centres on reforming the financing of healthcare and long-term care in Czechia and Slovakia. Population ageing is intensifying the pressure to reorganise care for the chronically ill, integrate services, and advance digitalisation. A former member of the healthcare reform teams in Czechia (under Tomáš Julínek) and Slovakia (under Rudolf Zajac).

Healthcare executive focused on modernising oncology care and strengthening patient involvement in treatment. General Director of the National Cancer Institute (NOÚ) since 2018, leading its accreditation as a Comprehensive Cancer Center. Founder of the Patient Council at NOÚ.
Former Mayor of Hlohovec
Politician, journalist, and local-government practitioner with deep expertise in decentralisation. Mayor of Hlohovec (2014–2022), Vice-President of the Union of Towns of Slovakia, former Member of the Slovak National Council. Tests reform proposals against the reality of regional self-government.

Economist and policy analyst specialising in healthcare economics, fiscal policy, and business competitiveness. Author of the Health for Money Index and lead of the Top20 initiative on Slovakia's business environment. A pragmatic, data-driven voice respected across the political spectrum.
The board continuously reviews the reform's key documents. Members' feedback is integrated into the final version — with explanations of which comments were accepted and why.
